I noticed a dear friend of mine was having trouble hearing so I called around the Columbia area to setup a hearing test. It was so difficult to get anyone to answer the phone at the big corporate stores and when they actually did, they refused to answer any questions I had about their services or devices they sold. Thankfully I called Hearing Healthcare of South Carolina and when Jennifer answered the phone she was kind, knowledgably and professional, she answered every question I had with patience and compassion. About a week later we arrived for our appointment to a clean and friendly office for a hearing test with Jeanny. The test and exam was very thorough and we knew when we left what device my friend needed and why, it was ordered and arrived exactly when they said it would. After my friend starting wearing the hearing devices she noticed an immediate improvement that is nothing short of life changing, we simple could not be any happier with the product and most especially the new lifelong friends we have made with Jeanny, Fred and the entire supporting staff at this fine establishment. I brought another friend of mine there who had bought hearing aids from Sam’s Club a few years ago that were nowhere near the quality and technology you get here. She loves her new devices and is so glad she made the switch. They both look forward to their checkups every 3months. It is not possible for you to go there and not be taken care of in the most wonderful way.
